A yearly schedule will be prepared and kept in the Preventive Medicine Department.
The sites to be inspected are not made aware of such schedule.

All notification forms for Infectious Disease from any clinical areas are reviewed by Preventive Medicine Department.
Computer run-sheet for Infectious Disease results are received by Preventive Medicine Department and reviewed by a Preventive Medicine Physician.
Orders the medical record for every patient with notifiable infectious disease for file reviewing and processing.
Register each individual infectious disease case data in the infectious disease registry.
