Unit Description
The Clinical Laboratory Department provides comprehensive testing and blood bank services for all patients utilizing the facility.
The department has an administrative body, medical doctors and technical staffs. The administrative body includes Director or Medical Laboratory, Medical Laboratory Manager and Deputy Medical Laboratory Manager. The medical doctors include consultants, senior registrars, registrars and residents. The technical staff includes CMLSO, SMLO, MLSO, Senior Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Technician and Phlebotomist, MLA and Porter. Team of secretaries is offering service to the whole laboratory.

The medical laboratory department of the King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital will provide for its eligible patient population for its eligible patient population a comprehensive diagnostic, consultative and monitoring services consistent with the clinical services and resources of the hospital.
